She welcomes special guest Greg Harman who created a great mental health charity Second Thoughts East Yorkshire. He will talk about the difficulties we face in speaking out about our mental health and ways we can improve this.
5pm – 7pm – Two hours of best Reggae selection with the mighty and finest Catch a Fire duo: York Man and Daddy Harper!
7pm – 9pm – This month’s #HMGW show will be #music orientated with two live musicians. Tom Oliver – Artist Unknown and That Guy Called SI will be performing live aswell as chatting about themselves and their musical influences, career and much more.
